Home: A Sacred Sound Journey

Home: A Sacred Sound Journey

The Garden Doula is delighted to host Home: A Sacred Sound Journey, this coming June 25th at 6pm!

Elana Bell and Ben Brown are collaborative sound artists who live and practice in the Hudson Valley. Using a range of instruments, from tuning forks, gongs and drums to their own melodious voices, Ben and Elana guide participants into a deep state of relaxation and connection to their inner source of peace, strength and wisdom.

I’m incredibly grateful to be able to host one of these sound journeys, and at the time offer tours of our homestead, where we practice small-scale farming and sustainable gardening. The sound journey begins at 7pm, but please arrive early to take a tour of the gardens and fields, explore the Magic Tree, and visit our chickens and angora rabbits. Find me to discuss your own dreams for gardening, homesteading and connection to the natural world.

HERE is the link to register with all of the details.
